Milestones

1984

Founded under the visionary leadership of Mr. Mohammad Mozharul Hoq Mansoor, R.M. Group began its journey — laying the foundation for a diversified industrial legacy built on integrity and innovation.

1996

R.M. Interlinings Ltd. was established in the Chittagong Export Processing Zone — the first company in Bangladesh to manufacture both woven and non-woven garment interlinings, marking a milestone in the nation’s apparel industry.

2004

Through the acquisition of Al-Salam Fabrics (Pvt.) Ltd, R.M. Group expanded into terry towel manufacturing — today recognized as one of Bangladesh’s leading exporters of premium towels worldwide.

2015

The Group enhanced its interlining and textile capabilities by acquiring Taiwan Bangla Specialized Textiles Ltd, further strengthening its footprint in high-performance fabric production.

2017

With continued diversification into Remac Metal Industries Ltd, the Group brings elegance and precision to bathroom fixtures and fittings — reflecting its vision of craftsmanship across every sector.
